徐云

徐云,女,博士,研究员,硕士生导师。

2005年中科院半导体研究所毕业,获微电子与固体电子学专业博士学位。主要从事可见光及中红外半导体激光器和半导体光电探测器的器件研究工作,以及表面等离激元在半导体光电器件中的应用。
